An Open Letter to Stephen Colbert

Dear Mr. Colbert et. al,
Last week, when you interviewed Crosby, Stills, Nash and not Young, you suggested they write a positive political song, like "The Surge Is Working." Little did you realize that one of your hero viewers had already done so.

Mr. Daniel O Dougan of Columbus, Ohio wrote such a tune on the eve of the war rally held at the state capital on March 20. We are submitting a link to a recording by him and his band "The Wahoos" that hopefully will please you. Mr. Dougan wants you to know that he believes every word in the song to be "truthy." Especially that the surge is working and that Mary (Jesus' mom) was a virgin.
